Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Crawley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Crawley and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, honest, and complete information during your consultation. Treatment is only available where it is clinically appropriate based on your health questionnaire and medical history.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw treatment at any time if we determine it is not safe or suitable for you. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following clinical review of your submitted health information. We operate a clinical governance framework that ensures every prescription decision is made responsibly and in your best interest.
By completing our consultation form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is a serious matter and may result in termination of your account and referral to the appropriate authorities.
We reserve the right to request additional information, photographs, or GP records before approving any prescription. A prescription may be declined without obligation to provide a detailed reason.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We do not store your full card details. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out by a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensing has commenced, we are unable to cancel your order or issue a refund, as prescription medicines cannot be re-dispensed under UK law.
If your order is declined for clinical reasons, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange a resolution promptly.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Crawley are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between a patient and their own GP or healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any treatment you receive through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and to seek medical advice promptly if you experience any adverse effects.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
